Petitioner is praying for issuance of directions to the Respondent-University to declare result of final year M.B.B.S. Course and to permit her to join internership, if permissible. The claim lodged by the petitioner for validation of her caste certificate is pending with the Scrutiny Committee and in spite of directions issued by this Court, the claim has not yet been decided. As a result of failure of the Scrutiny Committee to decide the claim, result of the petitioner for final year M.B.B.S. Examination has not been declared.

The petitioner states that the caste certificate issued to her father and grand father have been validated by the Scrutiny Committee and the petitioner has a fair chance of securing validity certificate.

{2} wp188918.odt In the circumstances, request made by the petitioner deserves to be considered. Respondent No.2-University is directed to declare result of the petitioner of final year M.B.B.S. Examination forthwith. Petitioner shall be permitted to complete internship, if permissible.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
