Applicant apprehends arrest in connection with Crime No. 0024/2023, registered with Ajintha Police Station, District Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 378, 379, 405, 406, 409, 420, 465, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the Applicant places reliance on order passed by this Court on 31.07.2023 in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 445/2023 and other connected matters. It is his submission that owing the common role alleged against the Applicant

- 2 - aba235.24.odt as compared to the accused who are granted anticipatory bail, on the ground of parity, the application deserves to be allowed. 3.

Learned APP opposed the application. However, there is no dispute made about the fact that order dated 31.07.2024 is not challenged before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

Considering the role alleged against the present Applicant and the one alleged against the co-accused, there is no reason to deny parity. Hence, application stands allowed in terms of the interim order.
