Petitioner is praying for issuance of directions to the Respondent-University to declare result of her 3rd year M.B.B.S. Examination.

The petitioner belongs to Scheduled Tribe category and the tribe certificate issued to him has been referred to the Scrutiny Committee and the proposal has not yet been decided. The petitioner has a fair chance of securing validity certificate since his father Chandrakant has already been issued the validity certificate.

In the circumstances, request made by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably. Respondent No.2-University is directed to declare result of the petitioner of 3rd year M.B.B.S. Examination forthwith and shall permit the petitioner to appear for
