It is an application to bring on record the legal heirs of original claimant Ramkisan Nivrutti Dangat who died on 30.7.2020. 2.

Heard learned Counsel for the respective parties. 3.

Perused the death certificate of late Ramkisan. During COVID-19 Pandemic, claimant Ramkisan Nivrutti Dangat is reported to be dead. As such, as per the orders of Honourable Supreme Court, the limitation was suspended. The application needs to be allowed.

ORDER

(i) The Civil Application is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). (ii) The necessary amendment be carried in the Civil Application for condonation of delay as well as in the appeal which is on stamp number. (iii) The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
