The validation proceeding in respect of the caste claim of the petitioner is pending with the respondent - committee. The petitioner is taking education in the engineering course, and his result of the second semester was withheld. This court under the interim order dated 15th February, 2018, had directed declaration of the result, in case there is no other impediment.

The committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the caste claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within six (6) months.

The interim order was already passed. In view of that, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
