There are very many reliefs urged against the petitioners herein who are parents-in-law of the respondent herein (daughter-inlaw), who has preferred an application under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. It appears that said litigation is sought to be nipped in the bud itself. There are a number of reliefs claimed against the present petitioners in that proceedings. Considering the averments in the said application, even it is not desirable to issue notice to the respondent-daughter-in-law. 3.

In the result, the petition is dismissed.

The Court concerned to consider the prayer, if any, of the petitioners seeking exemption from appearance before the said Court.

7-cr.wp.243.22 The Court concerned shall decide the matter on its own merits uninfluenced by this order of dismissal.
