After having heard learned counsel for the parties for a while and having gone through the record, it appears that the appellants herein have been enjoying the interim relief for about three years. The challenge herein is to the order rejecting the application for temporary injunction. 2.

In the fitness of things, it would be desirable to request the Waqf Tribunal to decide the suit within a time frame of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order with rider of continuation of the interim relief granted herein, pending the suit.
