The learned counsel for the applicants is directed to carry out the amendment forthwith as per order dated 2 August, 2022. This is an application for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the acquiring body. In other similar matter this court has already permitted the applicants therein to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount on furnishing usual undertaking. As such, the applicants herein, are permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount on furnishing unusual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this court.

The balance amount be kept in FDR in any Nationalized Bank during the pendency of this appeal. The application is accordingly disposed of.
