The petitioner seeks directions against the respondents to release the compensation amount of Rs. 36,91,316/-. 2.

There appears to be dispute between the petitioner and the respondent No. 5.

Mr. Shinde, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the parties have now arrived at compromise and the respondent No. 5 has waived her rights in the remaining compensation amount. Affidavit to that effect is also filed in this Court.

The learned counsel appears for the respondent No. 5/Lalita Parmeshwar Shende and submits that, the affidavit is

2 wp 3109.20 sworn by Lalita W/o Parmeshwar Shende that she has no objection for payment of amount of compensation to the petitioner.

The respondent No. 5 may file affidavit before the respondent No. 4. The respondent No. 4 may after verifying affidavit filed by the respondent No. 5 shall pass the orders of disbursement of compensation amount in tune with the affidavit filed by the respondent No. 5.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
