Heard Mr K.M. Nagargoje, learned Advocate for applicant for some time. 2.

Perused the order passed by this Court in Civil Applicatiion No. 1841 of 2020 in First Appeal No. 2792 of 2019.

This Court was pleased to allow the application to withdraw 50% of the amount of compensation which approximately comes to Rs.17 lakhs. The amount of Rs.17 lakhs is already remitted to M.A.C.T. Nanded. The remaining part is to be complied by the M.A.C.T., Nanded. I have also perused the order passed by the learned Principal District & Sessions Judge and Chairman, M.A.C.T. Nanded below Exh.50. It is for the applicants to convince the learned Principal District & Sessions Judge and Chairman, M.A.C.T. Nanded on the point of compliance of paragraph 3.1.2 of the Civil Manual regarding Court fees. No directions are necessary to that effect.
