By way of this application applicants seek to bring on record legal representatives of appellant No. 1 Bhagaji Kisan Maharnor, who died on 27.10.2023 during pendency of this Second Appeal. There were four appellants including deceased Bhagaji, therefore, appeal would not abate. 2.

By way of present application only wife of deceased Bhagaji is sought to be brought on record as his legal representative along with sons who are on record.

Considering reasons stated in application, delay caused in filing application is also duly explained. Hence, application stands allowed in terms of prayer Clause (B) and (C).

Amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. 5.

Stand over to 15.04.2025.
