Learned Advocate for the petitioner, submits on instructions, that the petitioner has now been absorbed in another department and this petition is, therefore, rendered infructuous. 2.

Shri Sangale, learned Advocate submits that even otherwise, the petitioner had challenged the order below Exhibit U-2, dated 21.6.2003. Complaint (ULP) No.17 of 2003 has already been dismissed by the Industrial Court on 23.1.2008, thereby rendering this petition infructuous.

Considering the above, this petition is being disposed of as being infructuous.

Consequentially, Civil Application No.14206 of 2015 does not survive and stands disposed off.
