The petitioners are awaiting validation of their tribe certificates, the proposal of which is pending with respondent No.2/scrutiny committee.

The learned advocate for the petitioners submits that there are three clear validities in the blood relationship pursuant to the orders of this Court. Even an attempt was made to recall a certificate of

2163.25wp (2) validity of one of the blood relatives, but subsequently the scrutiny committee itself was satisfied with the reply and dropped the proceeding, thereby confirming the validity once for all. He submits that, inspite of repeatedly approaching the scrutiny committee, it is not deciding the petitioners' proposal.

The aforementioned facts, if they are true would reflect a poor state of affairs and would demonstrate that the committee and its members have been deliberately and intentionally, may be with some ulterior motive, abdicating their duty and are not prepared to pass innocuous order in the peculiar facts and circumstances. 4.

Be that as it may, the writ petition is allowed with a direction that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent No.2/scrutiny committee on 17/02/2025 and the scrutiny committee shall thereafter pass a final order within a week. (PRAFULLA S. KHUBALKAR, J.) (MANGESH S. PATIL, J.) sjk
