This is an application for setting aside order dated 05.01.2022 passed by this Court and for restoration of family court appeal to it's original file.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The family court appeal is restored to its original file subject to payment of cost of Rs. 1,000/- (Rs. One thousand only) to the High Court Bar Library. The applicants undertake to remove all office objections within a period of two (02) weeks from today.
