On 11.08.2022 the girl was produced before the Court and a detailed order has been passed. This Court wanted to know about the procedure of shifting of the girl from Shaskiya Mulinche Sudhargruh to Shaskiya Mahila Rajyagruh, of which reference was made by the PSI, Pimpaldari in his letter dated 11.08.2022. In connection with the same, today along with annexure, which is marked "A", a Government Resolution dated 25.05.2001 has been produced. Scheme No.4 that has been mentioned in the resolution speaks about the shifting of a minor girl from such institution, where she can be kept till the attaining the age of majority and thereafter till the age of 40. Under such circumstance, when the girl wants to continue her stay at Shaskiya Mulinche Sudhargruh, Murud, Dist. Latur, the concerned authority of the said institution to take care of the girl till the attaining her age of majority and thereafter depending upon situation, may shift to Shaskiya Mahila Rajyagruh. The PI, Pimpaldari also to monitor the things even if the case may end prior to that.
