Heard learned counsel for the applicant. Despite service of notice, no one else appeared on behalf of respondents No. 1 and 2. Perused the application.

There shall be stay to the execution and implementation of the judgment and award dated 20-04-2017 passed by the Charmian, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal in MACP No. 06 of 2012 on condition that applicant/appellant shall deposit the entire amount of compensation pursuant to award along with interest accrued thereon in this court within a period of six weeks from today. Failure to which, the stay granted shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to the Court with liberty to the respondents/original claimants to avail the recourse of law for execution of the award within ambit of law. 3.
