This application is with limited prayer that the amount deposited towards share of the applicant Nos. 2 and 3 who are minors and the interest on the said amount be credited to the account of applicant No.1 who is their mother. The minors are taking education and for that amount is required for payment of school fees and towards their welfare.

Considering the above, following order:

ORDER

a] The application is allowed.

b] The amount of interest accrued on the amount of the share of applicant Nos. 2 and 3 be credited to the account of applicant No.1 every quarter.

c] The amount of interest accrued on the amount of fixed deposited in the name applicant Nos. 2 and 3 till now also be transferred to the account of applicant No.1.
