We have considered additional affidavit filed. It is submitted that the affidavit is filed and the reasons are mentioned for not attending the matter . 3.

Considering the reasons given in the application and the relief claimed in the writ petition, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B and C' on condition that objections are removed within three weeks from today. The said condition is a condition precedent.
