This is an Application for condonation of 1511 days delay in preferring the First Appeal against the Judgment and Award passed by the learned Reference Court in Land Acquisition Reference No.619/2003 decided on 26/09/2012.

Heard the learned Advocate for the Applicants, learned AGP for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 and learned Advocate for Respondent Nos.3 and 4. 3.

For the reasons mentioned in the Application, the aforesaid delay is condoned and the Application is allowed in terms of Prayer Clause - 'B' and the Application stands disposed off accordingly.

The Applicants shall not be entitled to the interest and statutory benefits for the aforesaid delayed period. The undertaking from the Applicants in that regard is placed on record. A copy of this order be attached to the order sheet of the Appeal Memo. The office shall register the Appeal.
