Mr. Pulkundwar, learned counsel for respondent no.3 on instructions of the Education Officer (Primary) Mr. Prashant Digraskar submits that the Education Officer would reconsider the order impugned in the present writ petition.

As the Education Officer is reconsidering the impugned order, we are not entering into the merits of the contention. The Education Officer shall take decision on the proposal of the petitioner seeking approval to his appointment on its own merits, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
