The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has fled an application with regard to the grievance of his transfer with the Chief Executive Ofcer, Zilla Parishad, Nanded (Page 48).

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent No. 1 and Mr Kshirsagar, the learned Counsel accepts notice for respondent Nos. 2 and 3. The learned Counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 submits that respondent No. 2 to take a decision upon the representation of the petitioner on its own merits.

In case the application of the petitioner (page 48) is pending with respondent No. 2, then respondent No. 2 shall take decision on its own merits, preferably within a period of two months.
