[I] ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATION NO.2847/2025 :- This is an Application fled by the Original Claimants to bring on record the legal representatives of Deceased / Claimant - Bhatu Santosh Patil. This Application is fled in the Appeal of the Original Claimants.

The learned Advocate for the Applicants tenders across the bar a copy of Heirship Certifcate dated 19/07/2024, issued by the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Shirpur, District Dhule showing the Applicants - Naganbai Bhatu Patil and Devyani Bhatu Patil as the legal heirs of Deceased - Bhatu Santosh Patil. There is death certifcate of Bhatu Santosh Patil.

In this view of the matter, the Application is allowed in terms of Prayer Clauses - 'A' and 'B'. The necessary amendment be carried out within a period of two [2] weeks. A copy of the amended Appeal Memo be served on the Respondents.

Civil Application stand disposed off accordingly. [II] ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 14097/2024 :- This is an Application fled by the Original Claimants to bring on record the legal representatives of Deceased / Claimant - Bhatu Santosh Patil. This Application is fled in the Appeal of the Insurance Company.
