These are the applications for setting aside the abatement of the respective appellants on account of death of one Sitabai who is respondent No.2 in Second Appeal No.457/1999 and appellant No.1 in Second Appeal No.206/1999, with a prayer to condone the delay. Learned advocate Mr. Bhandari who appears for her legal representatives does not have any objection to bring her legal representatives on record in Second Appeal No.457/1999 and Mr. Patil who appears for the respondent in Second Appeal No.206/1999 does not have any objection for the same prayer. 2.

In view of the above, both the applications are allowed as prayed for. Delay is condone. Abatement are set aside. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks.
