Petitioner is praying for issuance of directions to respondents to start a center for purchase of cotton on behalf of Cotton Federation of India. 2.

Learned counsel for respondents 2 and 3 informs that already purchase center has been started at a distance of 10 kms. from the village. There is another center started at Bhokardan which is at a distance of 18 kms. from village Anwa. It is further informed that there is minimum response in the cotton purchase scheme and collection of cotton is in small quantity.

In view of administrative difficulties explained on behalf of respondents, in exercise of extra ordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of

wp2628.15.doc the Constitution of India, no interference is called for in the instant petition. Petition stands disposed of.
