The applicants / appellants are seeking permission to bring legal representatives of deceased respondent No.2 Kanij Suleha Abdul Samad Khan, who admittedly died on 10/11/2022, by condoning the delay of 365 days.

Though the application is opposed, but considering the right to sue, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause- B subject to cost of Rs.500/- to be paid to the Registry of this court for utilization of Dispensary, High Court, Aurangabad, within two weeks.

The amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks. 5.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
