Heard learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners. 2.

The only grievance is raised in the petition is, non-decision of the representations of the petitioners. By inviting our attention to the representation dated 8th August, 2012, submitted by the petitioners to the Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Latur, learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that along with the other applicants, the petitioners are also the applicants and their names find place at Sr. No.2, 8 and 9 in the said representation dated 8th August, 2012. The petitioners submitted various representations to the Education Officer (Primary) on 8th August, 2012, 7th December, 2012, 8th March, 2013 and on 30th April, 2013 along with other employees and the same are pending decision before the said authority. 3.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners then submitted that in similar circumstances, the other employees approached this Court by filing Writ

(3) Petition No.10010 of 2017, Writ Petition No.10005 of 2017 and Writ Petition No.11579 of 2017 and by an order dated 29th November, 2018, these petitions were disposed by this Court with directions to the Education Officer (Primary) to decide the representations within stipulation period. 4.

Considering the aforesaid facts, we see no reason to take different view than the view we have adopted in our order dated 29th November, 2018. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with directions to respondent No.5 - Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Latur to decide the representations received by him either by the petitioner or through respondent No.6 - Head Master, as expeditiously as possible and not not later than twelve weeks from the date of the order of this Court. Needless to state that the Education Officer (Primary) to decide these representations on their merits and if needed, by giving opportunity of hearing to the concerned parties.

Respondent No.3 - Deputy director of Education, Latur Region, Latur also to intimate the Education Officer (Primary) to take necessary steps within stipulated period as directed by this Court and to look into the matter personally for early decision, in compliance of the order of this Court.
