This is an appeal filed by the original claimants for enhancement of the amount of compensation awarded by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal at Ahmednagar in M.A.C.P. No.295/2000. In view of the fact that the appeal has been dismissed against respondent no.1 i.e. the owner of the vehicle, there seems no propriety in prosecuting the matter against respondent no.2 Insurance Company.
