The applicants pray for condonation of 176 days delay in preferring this application. The second appeal was refused registration by order dated 13/08/2014. Reasons in support of the request are set out in paragraph Nos.7 and 8. 2.
Learned A.G.P. opposes the application and prays that the same be rejected since the reasons mentioned do not support the request.

In the light of the above and for the reasons set out in the khs/March 2015/3706-15 (d)
application, the same is allowed. Delay of 176 days is condoned subject to the applicant/Society depositing costs of Rs.5,000/- (Rs.Five thousand only) in this Court within a period of 6 (six) weeks from today.

Learned AGP submits that the said costs be paid by the applicant/society to the High Court Advocates' Bar Library, Aurangabad.

As such the applicant shall deposit the amount, as directed, with the High Court Advocates' Bar Library, Aurangabad, failing which this order shall stand recalled, the civil application shall stand rejected and the order of the Registrar shall stand restored. 6.
Upon depositing costs, the applicant shall remove all office objections within a period of 3 (three) weeks therefrom and then, the Second Appeal be registered.
