Heard Mr Thombre, the learned Counsel for the applicant.

In fact, while considering the writ petition on the frst date i.e. 29th January, 2020 we considered all the submissions of the learned Counsel for applicant and thereafter, we had consciously passed the order that it would not be appropriate to stay the proceeding of the no confdence motion. We have further observed that the motion of no confdence passed would certainly be subject to the result of the present petition.

In light of the above, at present, the relief claimed cannot be granted.
