Today learned A.G.P. for the State has produced on record copies of orders made by this Court at Principal Seat in Writ Petition (L) No.426/2005 (Samruddhi Prakash Nakhava Vs. The State of Maharashtra & others) and Public Interest Litigation No.69/2008 (Shri Raju Rajayya Gajengi Vs. The State of Maharashtra & others). The same point was involved in both these matters and this Court has held that it is the policy decision of the State Government and it is not possible for the Court to interfere in the policy decision.
