(2) Heard learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. 2.

A limited grievance is raised in the petition. 3.

The petitioner submits that she had deposited handsome amount to the tune of Rs.38,68,000/- in Multi State Co-operative Credit Society, namely, Bhaichand Hirachand Raisoni Multi State Cooperative Credit Society Ltd. Under orders of the appropriate and competent authorities, Liquidator was appointed on the said society as the society was wound up to carry its business. The petitioner had approached respondent no.2 by various representations dated 5th July, 2018 and 12th September, 2018. Copies of receipts of these representations are also placed on record. Thus, the only prayer on the backdrop of the grievance raised in the petition is direction to respondent no.2 to decide the representations expeditiously and within a stipulated period.

It may not be necessary for us to reefer to the details, suffice it to say that the petitioner is in her advanced age and had deposited handsome amount to the tune of Rs.38 Lakhs and odd, is seeking the orders on the application as it is the pre-requisite.

Considering aforesaid facts, we are inclined to dispose of the petition at admission stage.

Notice to respondents no.1 & 2, returnable forthwith. 6.

Learned Counsel Mr Deve waives service of notice on behalf of respondent nos.1 & 2.

In view of above, petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no.2 to decide the application/representation dated 12th September, 2018, in case it is still pending before the authority, as expeditiously as possible and not later than four weeks from the date of order of this Court, needless to state, on merits of the application. With aforesaid observations and directions, petition is disposed of.
