Heard rival submissions. The applicants are seeking condonation of delay of only 144 days which appears to be caused due to their financial crisis. The learned counsel for the Insurance Company strongly opposed the application. However, for the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and delay of 144 days stands condoned subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid delay period. 2.

The appeal be placed for admission after removal of office objections, if any.
