This is an application seeking restoration of the writ petition with a prayer to condone the delay of 64 days in filing the application.

We have heard the learned advocate for petitioner. None present for the respondents. They all have been served. 3.

Considering the fact that the petition seeks compassionate appointment, for the reasons mentioned in the application, application is allowed and the delay is condoned. The writ petition is restored to the original stage at which it was dismissed. 4.

On such restoration, issue notice to the respondent no.4, returnable on 22.08.2024.
