The applicant is seeking setting aside order dated 30.11.2022, passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, whereby registration of applicant's Second Appeal has been refused for non removal of office objections. There is also huge delay of 414 days. However, the learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to remove all the office objections within two weeks. 3.

In view of the same, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and (C) subject to cost of Rs.

(2) 913 CA-3287-24.odt 1000/- (Rupees one thousand) to be paid to the Library, Advocates Association of High Court Bombay, at Aurangabad.
