Leave is granted to correct the nomenclature of the respondent No. 3. Amendment to be carried ut forthwith. 2.

Petitioners who were appointed in the handicap school which was de-recognized and transferred to the respondent No. 5 are seeking absorption having been rendered surplus in the light of Rule 25-A of the M. E. P. S. Rules, 1981.

Learned advocate for the respondent Nos. 5 and 6 referring to the affidavit in reply submits that since the petitioners had not approached it, the appointments were made long back and they

2 wp 1886.18 cannot be absorbed with them.

Learned Addl. G. P. on instructions of the respondent No. 3 submits that matter is under active consideration of Deputy Commissioner of Persons with Disability, Pune who would be taking appropriate decision for absorption of the petitioners as well as several other similarly placed individuals, within a period of three (03) months. We accept the statement as an undertaking to the Court and dispose of writ petition by directing the respondent No. 3/ Deputy Commissioner of Persons with Disability, Pune to take appropriate steps.
