After hearing both sides, we are of the considered opinion that this matter can be disposed of with directions to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to decide the representation on behalf of respondent No.4 on 25.01.2022. Though there were earlier representations; yet, the representation dated 25.01.2022 appears to be the latest one.

The petitioner is claiming that he came to be appointed as Librarian by respondent No.4 in its school - respondent No.5 by order dated

WP_2582_2022 25.12.1997, which was on the basis of the Government Resolution dated 28.06.1994. Thereafter, it appears that there were Government Resolutions stating that there is ban on the appointment in respect of non teaching staff. All those facts can be considered when the representation dated 25.01.2022 would be considered by respondent Nos.1 to 3. Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to decide the said representation dated 25.01.2022, within a period of four months, from today. Decision to be communicated to the petitioner as well as respondent No.4.
