1] By way of present Writ Petition, the petitioner challenges the interim order passed by the Member, Industrial Court at Latur on 21.01.2025 in Complaint [ULP} No.123/2024 below Exh.U-2 whereby his application seeking stay to the recruitment carried out for the post of Secretary and further seeking protection of his service and transfer has been rejected.

2] The learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing the sometime submits that the concerned Industrial Court may be directed to decide the Complaint [ULP] No.123/2024 within reasonable time frame. He further submits that all the parties in the matter are served and reply are also filed in the complaint [ULP] and there is no interim order is passed in his favour.

6800.25WP 3] Considering the same, the concerned Industrial Court to decide the Complaint [ULP] No.123/2024 within a period of one year from the date of production of this order. Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
