ORDER:

Mr Sunil Vibhute, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner had applied for corrected tribe certificate, the same is rejected.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner was seeking correction in the spelling of tribe. The tribe is mentioned as Mannerwarlu, instead the same has to be Mannervarlu.

The petitioner shall submit the original tribe certificate received by him to the Sub-Divisional Officer, Dharmabad. On receipt of the original tribe certificate, the Sub-Divisional Officer shall issue the corrected tribe certificate to the petitioner expeditiously, preferably on or before 01.03.2018.
