After hearing this matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to resort to file appropriate proceedings under Section 318 of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Tribunals Act, 1965. Leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty, as prayed, is granted. Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. In case the remedy in terms of Section 318 of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Tribunals Act, 1965 is resorted to, same shall be considered by the competent authority in accordance with law.
