Regular Criminal Case No.34 of 2017, pending on the file of the Court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Parola, is sought to be transferred to the Court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class, in Jalgaon District. The ground for transfer is said to be threat perception to the life of the applicant at the hands of the informant and others. 3.

The record indicates that charge has been framed way back in February, 2022. As such, the trial has commenced. The papers have been placed on record to indicate the applicant to have had moved the Collector and the police authorities asking for police protection.

Purpose would be served by granting the applicant permanent exemption from appearing before the trial Court, provided he would be represented by an Advocate, who will cooperative with the Court for taking the case to its logical conclusion. 5.

The trial Court also may do well to see that the applicant is permitted to file his written statement in response to compliance of Section 313 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. He would also be provided with a written questionnaire, which will be answered by him on his affidavit and presented through his Advocate. 6.

With the above directions, the application stands disposed of.
