ORDER :- Heard Mr. R. K. Ashtekar, learned counsel for the applicantclaimant in application for withdrawal. Perused the impugned Judgment and grounds of objection raised in exception to the said Judgment.

In view of above, the following order is passed :-

ORDER

(I) The applicant is permitted to withdraw 60% of the deposited amount on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. (II) Balance 40% amount be invested in Fixed Deposit Receipt in any Nationalize Bank for a period till disposal of the appeal.

(III) Civil Application for withdrawal of the amount stands disposed of.
