After the death of the sole appellant, the respondent No.2 who claims to have purchased the property in dispute has filed Civil Application No.9642/2013 for transposing him as the appellant. 2.

The respondent No.2 in the Second Appeal have been dead, this application is filed for by his legal representatives to come on record in the Civil Application No.9642/2013 with a prayer to condone the delay. 3.

I have heard both the sides. For the reasons mentioned in the Application, the Application is allowed. The delay is condone and the legal representatives of the original respondent No.2 are allowed to be brought on record in the Civil Application No.9642/2013. List the Civil Application No.9642/2013 on 24.03.2022.
