The approval is granted. It was granted subject to review. The review is dismissed. In view of that appointment of the petitioner shall stand approved unconditionally so far as the Court proceedings are concerned.

Mr. Rathod, learned Counsel submits that the salary is not yet paid. Mr. Pulkundwar, learned Counsel submits that proposal is already given for including the name of petitioner in Shalarth Pranali.

Respondents shall take steps and include the name of the petitioner in Shalarth Pranali within four weeks and shall pay the salary immediately. In case within four weeks name of the petitioner is not included in Shalarth Pranali, the respondents will make themselves liable to contempt.
