1] The litigating sides have jointly filed compromise terms duly signed and verified before the learned Registrar of this Court.

2] The compromise terms (total 16 pages) are taken on record and marked as Exhibit X for identification. 3] The learned Advocates S/Shri V.H. Dighe and S.D. Kulkarni appearing for the respective parties jointly

WP 3215/04 - 2 - submit that their clients are personally present in the Court and they have been identified by both the learned Advocates.

4] They further submit that this petition can be allowed in terms of Exhibit X.

5] In the light of the above, this writ petition is allowed in terms of the compromise terms (Exhibit X). Rule is made absolute accordingly.
