The learned Advocate for the appellant states that the appellant was convicted by the learned Trial Court for the offences punishable under the Prevention of Corruption Act and therefore the instant appeal was filed.

The learned Advocate for the appellant submits that during the pendency of this appeal, he expired on 29.10.2025. He tried to establish contact with the legal heirs of the appellant, but it seems that they are not interested in prosecuting the instant appeal. He, therefore, prays for an appropriate orders.
