PER COURT :- It is informed that, the term of the managing committee is over and that, the preparations in respect of holding of elections to the society are completed. In these circumstances, the State shall take decision in respect of holding of elections expeditiously. So far as the appointment of administrator or administrative body or extension of term of the existing managing committee is concerned, since no decision has yet been taken by the State, we do not propose to deal with the issue raised in that regard in the instant petition. It would be open for the petitioner to approach this Court in regard to aforesaid issue as and when cause of action accrues.

Writ petition stands disposed of.
