Heard Mr. D.A.Naik, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. R.B.Bagul, learned A.G.P. for respondent nos. 1 and 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Head Master has submitted proposal to the Education Officer seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as a Senior Clerk. Same is not yet decided.

In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Senior Clerk (Exh. I) is pending with the Education Officer,

wp2859.17 the Education Officer shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within six months from today.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
