Since it is a matters touching employment of the petitioner with the respondent Management, by the order dated 08.09.2021, I had called upon the respondent No.4 Education Officer to make submission, if the terms of settlement are agreeable to him. The learned A.G.P. had sought time and the matter was placed today. Again he seeks time. 3.

Considering the fact that the matters have been settled between the employee and the Management, the Writ Petitions are disposed of in terms of the compromise '
