This Court dismissed Criminal W.P. No. 67/2014 on 19/01/2015, since the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner remained absent continuously. In the present application, it has been stated that the learned counsel appearing for the applicants, due to his mistake could not mention the 'Advocate Code number' and, therefore, his name
2 Cr. Apln. 829.2015 in Cr. W.P. 67.2014 was not appearing in the cause list. Mr. R.B.Ade, the learned counsel for the applicants submitted before this Court that due to his mistake, his clients have suffered.

Mr. A.B.Girase, the learned counsel for respondent No. 2 has no objection for restoration of said Criminal Writ Petition.

For the fault of an Advocate, his client should not suffer. Keeping this principle in mind, the present Criminal Application is allowed. Criminal Writ Petition No. 67 of 2014 is restored to the file.

The present Criminal Application is disposed of. Put up Criminal Writ Petition No. 67 of 2014 for admission on 24/02/2015.
