Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner.

In view of the facts stated in the

(2) petition and on placing reliance on the order of this Court dated 14th February, 2018 in Writ Petition No. 1843 of 2018, which is placed on record at Exhibit-X in Writ Petition No.1672 of 2019 and disposed of today, learned Counsel prays for prayer clause (B), for issuance of directions to respondent No. 2 to issue proper nomenclature tribe certificate in favour of the petitioner as 'Mannervarlu', scheduled tribe in the form - C. 3.

Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner orally submitted before us that in view of Government Resolution issued in this respect, the petitioner is ready to submit caste certificate issued to the petitioner to Sub Divisional Officer so as to seek fresh caste certificate with correct nomenclature. Copy of the certificate issued to the petitioner on 21st March, 2011 is placed on record at Exhibit-A and then application dated 12th December, 2018 submitted to the Sub Divisional Officer is also placed on record at Exhibit-B. Copy of the order of this Court dated 14th February,

(3) 2018 passed in Writ Petition No. 1843 of 2018 is placed on record at Exhibit-X in Writ Petition No.1672 of 2019, which is heard and decided today along with the present petition.

In view of above referred facts, we see no impediment to dispose of the petition at admission stage by allowing the petition in terms of prayer clause (B).
